A home improvement loan is like a personal loan in that it is an unsecured (no collateral) loan that can be used for home renovations, repairs, and/or home purchases and repaid over a set length of time. Borrowing power is based on personal financial history, credit score, and income. If approved, Arkansas Federal will provide your funds directly to the contractor instead of you, but you will be responsible for the repayment. If you need separate checks made for multiple contractor payments or multiple contractors, we can work through that with you, depending on your home improvement project.
