The Arkansas Federal Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering a better future for our communities through strategic charitable giving and partnerships. As the philanthropic arm of Arkansas Federal, the Foundation takes the lead in community outreach and support programs to create a lasting impact on the well-being of the communities it serves. 

Community Impact

Community investment has been a core value of ours from the beginning. It’s what defines us, shaping not just our corporate culture and policies, but also influencing how we bring in new talent. Our aim? To uplift our communities for the betterment of all. And here’s a glimpse of how the Foundation plays a part in making that happen.

Volunteering

Volunteering is more than just a checkbox for us; it’s a cornerstone of our values. That’s why we give each employee up to 48 hours of paid volunteer time annually to give back to their communities.

Giving

We believe in the power of giving back. Every dollar we allocate makes a real difference in our community—from healthcare services, shelters, educational programs, and more.

Serving on Boards

We encourage our employees to actively engage by serving on nonprofit boards, where they provide invaluable leadership and financial stewardship to these organizations.

In addition to giving to the organizations above, we also proudly host an annual fundraising golf tournament and offer a yearly scholarship program.

Annual Golf Tournament

Our annual golf tournament stands as Arkansas Federal’s premier fundraising event. Not only does it bring our community together for a day of fun, but it also serves as a significant source of support for a local charity close to our hearts each year.

Scholarships

We believe in the transformative power of education, which is why we are committed to assisting young adults through our annual scholarship program. Each year, we award a $5,000 scholarship to a deserving high school student, providing support as they embark on their journey toward higher education.
