Eric Mangham Named Executive Vice President/Chief Finance Officer for Arkansas Federal Credit Union
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (February 28, 2023) – Arkansas Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Eric Mangham to executive vice president/chief finance officer. In 2015, Mangham was named senior vice president/chief finance officer.
As Arkansas Federal’s executive vice president and chief financial officer, Mangham is responsible for all financial functions including accounting, finance, and card services. He also leads the collections, compliance, risk management, and facilities departments.
Mangham joined Arkansas Federal in 2012 as senior financial analyst, where he partnered with business groups within the organization to develop strategic long-range planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as the analysis of product pricing.

Mangham is a frequent speaker at trade associations focused on finance, leadership, and risk management. Mangham serves on the board of directors and is chairman of the Better Business Bureau of Arkansas. Mangham also serves as vice-chairman of the board of directors and chairman of the governance committee for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Arkansas. He is also on the steering committee for NAFCU’s CFO Committee and serves as a faculty member for Southwest CUNA Management School. Mangham earned a Master and Bachelor of Business Administration from Lamar University.
Prior to joining Arkansas Federal, Mangham served as a federal examiner with the NCUA. In this role, he reviewed the safety and soundness of credit unions in Arkansas and the surrounding states.
